Can't wait to read what's next! How sad that this story most likely happened to numerous servicemen and women, simply for exercising the right to protect their own health. Those with the courage to stand for what is right are the very ones we need to represent and protect our country! What's left of it anyway....

Yes, about 3,400 service members were involuntarily discharged because they wouldn't take the COVID vaccine, with 70% of them getting a general discharge.

My theory is the government used the vaccination as a litmus test for compliance vs noncompliance, to purge the military of everyone who wouldn't mindlessly obey illegitimate orders. (Caveat--some who got vaccinated were misled. They honestly thought they were doing the right thing.)

As a former US Marine infantryman I understand there's a time for following orders without question. But the COVID vax mandate doesn't fit in that category.

It's a little scary. In my head I keep hearing the Nazi war crime defendants at Nuremburg saying, "We were just following orders." They're exactly the kind of people every fascist regime wants in their military and police forces.
